It just took me seconds to put it there using the punch down fold. I was also hesitating to use it but i just went into the bathroom and just washed this and just put it in, putting my right leg on the commode. Since I am married with no child yet, I used small one from this brand and it was easy to use.Maybe after few days I will post my another review , how it went. . . And yes it never gets lost inside u 🤣 please don't panic just use ur plevic muscles to push it down and use ur two fingers to break the seal by pinching it at the base and wiggling it out while squating...The only thing I didn't like about this product is its little polyester bag, some other stuff would have been a great yes... Rest the product is great.

I bought size m according to the guidelines and it was little bit uncomfortable due to bigger size than I required (little bit out of your opening, pressure on anal canal, suction too high are signs of unfit size)Apart from size issue it is in wonderful product, I got xtra smal size. You won't even feel like you are using something or you are on your period. And surprisingly for first time in years I didn't got any painful pelvic cramps. You can use it in morning and forget about it till evening. If pee buddy provided the cup with a storage box, it would have been perfect 5 star.
